Karen and Joy complete Joy's CDX with a high in class

JOY is aptly named because you cannot help but smile when you meet this clever little bundle of energy.

Joy attained her Rally Master title in the fall of 2022

In April 2019, Joy competed in 8 trials scoring four perfect scores, two 99's, and two 97's to earn her RAE title. As of April Joy is the #1 in breed and #10 all breed rally obedience whippet in Canada.

Joy is also participating in Therapy Dog work, and scent training with Karen. They are a very special team.

In July 2019 Karen and Joy earned two legs towards Joy's CDX, obtaining her final leg in December with a high in class. They are now training towards a utility title.
Currently Joy is ranked the #3 hound in Canada in obedience

In June 2018 Joy and Karen managed a big achievement competing in and successfully completing 8 classes over 2 days and now has a total of 6/10 RAE runs completed. As of June 2018 Joy ranks the #2 whippet and #2 hound in Canada in Rally Obedience. Congratulations Karen and Joy, great team work!


In 2017 Joy ranked #3 whippet and #6 Hound in Rally Obedience in Canada in only 5 trials with an average score of 97.2

In 2016 Karen and Joy were awarded two Canadian Kennel Club Subaru Top Dog Awards for Rally Obedience.

At her first day of trials Joy passed her rally advanced 3 for 3 and got high in class in trial 2 and high in trial with a perfect 100 score in trial 3. The next day Joy moved up to Rally Excellent and passed 3/3 for a rally excellent title.
​ She achieved two scores of 98/100 and another 100/100, that included 2 high in class out of 3

Joy attained her CD at her first day of trials with excellent scores and is now working on her CDX

Joy is also training in agility and scent detection
